Short Stops are absolutely essential for modern day match fishing on commercials. Especially when targeting species like F1's, carp and silvers. The shorter length of elastic makes it much easier and to play fish and they're perfect for fishing up to shallow islands, in the margins and up in the water shallow. When fishing at range they also make the pole noticeably more rigid.

The Pro Type Short Stop is a 1 piece 1.85m top kit specifically designed to fit all of our Pro Type poles. The Short Stop comes supplied pre-bushed with an Internal PTFE bush and pre-fitted with a Roller Pulla Bush and a Pulla bead.
