The cost of delivery will be decided by the number and size of the items you have ordered. Due to the differing dimensions of the products we sell, the delivery charge will be calculated by ourselves after the order has been placed. Small items such as spools, quiver tips and reels handles will be charged at £2.50. Longer items such as pole and rod sections will be charged at £8.00. All postage and packaging rates are worked out by us at cost, the maximum you will be charged for postage will be £8.00 regardless of the number of goods ordered. Goods are sent out Monday to Friday and are normally delivered next working day (U.K Mainland only). Goods sent on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday.

Not all goods listed on the site are held in stock, if the item you ordered is not available from our stock, it will be ordered in from the manufacturers, this usually takes approx 2-5 days. If any goods ordered are out of stock with both our self and the manufacturers you will be notified either by email or phone and be given a estimated delivery date. Please note if a product is out of stock, no money will be taken from your account until we have made you aware of the estimated delivery date. Returns

We do check all items as thoroughly as we can before despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or have a product that goes faulty during the guarantee period (this period varies between manufacturer and products) please contact us immediately and we will advise you on the best course of action. We will always do our best to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. With regards to items ordered in error (on you, the customers part), we are unable to accept returns of this nature. It is therefore essential that you order the correct item FIRST. If you are unsure about any of any of the items listed on the site, please contact us BEFORE placing your order as this avoids mistakes later. If however we do agree to accept an item which was ordered in error you would be required to pay any postage costs that returning the item should incur.
