UK Shipping

The cost of shipping is decided by the number and size of the items you have ordered.

We only charge shipping at cost and endeavour to send consignments as cheaply as possible. The maximum you will be charged for a UK mainland delivery is £8.00.

Any goods over 1kg or 61cm have to be shipped by Courier, small items will be shipped by royal mail.

Longer items such as pole section or rod section - £8.00
Shorter Pole and rod section - £6.50
Seat Box Spares - £2.80 - £4.99
Spools, handles etc - £2.80 - £3.20
Rod rings, cottons etc - £2.80 - £3.20

If an item will fit through a letter box the price will be either 72p fort a second class service or 95p for a first class service. If this is the case we will refund the difference back to you.

Delivery Times

Items such as Rod and pole sections will be sent by Courier on a next working day service, this is from the day of dispatch not from the day of ordering.

Smaller items such spool, handles etc will be shipped by Royal mail and you will have a choice of either 1st or 2nd class and a standard or signed for service . These services are not a guaranteed next day services, if you do require smaller items on a next working day service please choose the courier option.

Not all item listed on the site are kept in stock, If you require your order Urgently please contact us for availability. If you place an order containing an item that is unavailable we will inform you either by email or telephone. Please ensure that when entering a telephone number it is one that you will be available on during office hours were possible, preferably a mobile number.

For UK Offshore, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Scottish highlands etc. please contact us for a price on shipping. Small parcels under 2kg & total dimensions under 90cm are shipped by either Royal mail international signed for service or Royal Mail standard Airmail service (unsigned and untracked service). Delivery times to Europe are approximately 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Goods over 2kg will be shipped by DPD courier service, this service has a weight limit of 29kg in weight and 1.75m in length.

Zone 1 - France, Monaco, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic Of Ireland - £16.99 - Delivery time 2 working days
Zone 2 - Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein - £18.99 - Delivery time 3 Working Days
Zone 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain,- £21.99 - Delivery Time 3-4 Working Days
Zone 4 - Estonia, Finland, Hungary,Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden - £26.99 - Delivery time 4-5 days
Zone 5 - Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania,Serbia, Greece - £26.99 - Delivery Time 6-8 Working Days.

Orders that exceed the 1.75m will be shipped by TNT or UPS, these may be to extra shipping charges, we will contact you with the exact shipping price for your approval before shipping.

If a parcel can be shipped cheaper by another courier we will contact you with the price.

All new international orders are subject to Authorisation check with your bank. Authorisation can take 2-3 working days, to speed up this procedure, please ensure that the card used is registered to the stated delivery address.

Orders paid for by Paypal and with a authorised address will be shipped


World Wide Shipping

We have extensive experience of shipping goods worldwide, particularly to Australia , New Zealand , USA , Canada , Russia and Japan.

Due to the varying sizes and weights of parcels we are unable to list prices online, however if you require a quote please email your list of goods and will get back to you with a price.

Small items under 2kg
Shipped by Royal Mail on the international signed for service or Standard Airmail, we will contact you with the prices before shipping.

Orders over 2kg
Shipped via Courier, we use a wide range of couriers including DHL, UPS, DPD, TNT and Fed ex, this allows us to get the most competitive price on your shipment.

For all orders outside the EU we will deduct the VAT from the price of the goods.


Returns

We do check all items as thoroughly as we can before despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or have a product that goes faulty during the guarantee period (this period varies between manufacturer and products) please contact us immediately and we will advise you on the best course of action. We will always do our best to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. All pole sections are security marked for identification purposes, with some returns we may require the section back first, before a replacement is issued.

With regards to items ordered in error (on you, the customers part), we are unable to accept returns of this nature. It is therefore essential that you order the correct item FIRST. If you are unsure about any of any of the items listed on the site, please contact us BEFORE placing your order as this avoids mistakes later. If however we do agree to accept a return on an item which was ordered in error you would be required to pay any postage costs that returning the item should incur.
